Encouraging Future Talent

NCS were delighted to host a student visit to our site at Elephant Tea Rooms in Sunderland.

Our Operations Director – Lee Kirk spent time with T Level Years 1 & 2 from Sunderland College, who had been invited back for their third visit to get an understanding of working on site.
This was a fantastic chance for them to witness the Heritage work that is being reinstated back into the Sunderland area and gave them an insight into this very unique specialist trade, something that is also paramount to the learning at college.

Hopefully we will be seeing some of them in the workforce in years to come.
